Check gas supply. Check condensate pipe for ice in winter. Press Reset 3–5 sec. If it returns, ignition electrode likely faulty.

Low pressure / pump fault

Repressurise to 1.5 bar using filling key. If pressure keeps dropping, hidden leak or expansion vessel — engineer required.

Fan speed error

Do not reset repeatedly. Fan fault prevents safe venting — Gas Safe engineer required.

Fan not operating

Common on Si Compact models. Immediate engineer inspection required — harmful gases cannot be safely vented.

Anti-cycle mode

Not a fault. The boiler is resting to prevent overheating. Wait 15 minutes — it will restart automatically.

Overheating lockout

Turn off at the wall immediately. Pump or heat exchanger fault — engineer inspection required.
