Woosehill is a large residential estate on the western edge of Wokingham, developed primarily through the 1970s, 80s and 90s. It sits between Emmbrook to the north and Matthewsgreen to the south, comprising a dense network of streets with predominantly semi-detached and detached properties of the type that characterises much of Wokingham’s post-war expansion.
